The next Gathering Planning Meeting is
Saturday, June 5th at
1pm
at the First Church of the Nazarene, 1200 N.
Mississippi at Evergreen Sts. in west Little Rock.
It's the Central AR BP Chapter's usual BP meeting
place.
We will meet in the upper level classroom in the gym addition
where we met before in December, last classroom at the end of the upper walkway
above the gym.
If anyone still has the large white envelopes with the Donation Request
Letters in them, please bring what you have back with you to the next
Gathering Planning Meeting on Saturday, March 13th. We have revised
the contents in them and want your remaining copies back to change things
out and to re-route the envelopes for future donations to our new Gathering
Treasurer, Mike Rima.
We are now selling business sponsorship ads for the Gathering Program Book,
if you can help with that, too, be sure to come to this meeting and get the
paperwork you need for it.
Please come to every meeting. We have a little over 1 month now to
finalize plans and get everything prepared to be ready for the week of July 6th
thru July 11th. We need everyone's help.

& Evergreen, between Cantrell Rd and W. Markham, as is two others. You can
come from I-430 to either the Cantrell exit or to I-630 to the Mississippi
exit. Those bypass highways come off of I-40 and I-30. It's easy to find, once
on Mississippi St. then look for the First Church of the Nazarene sign by
the street and turn into the driveway by it. We will post signs to find the room
inside.
